How long does it take to receive airtime?

Airtime is typically delivered within 1-2 minutes after successful payment. During peak hours, it may take up to 5 minutes.

What if my payment was deducted but I didn't receive airtime?

Don't worry! Contact our support team with your M-Pesa transaction code, and we'll resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Can I buy airtime for someone else?

Yes! You can enter any valid phone number when making a purchase. The airtime will be sent directly to that number.

What networks do you support?

We currently support Safaricom, Airtel, and Telkom Kenya. More networks will be added soon.

Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?

The minimum purchase is KES 10 and the maximum is KES 10,000 per transaction.

How does the bonus airtime work?

You get 8% extra airtime on every purchase! For example, if you buy KES 100 airtime, you'll receive KES 108 worth of airtime.
